[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]To arrange a private consultation simply call us 9am-3pm, Mon-Fri on 01372 232 221 or email us at office@crpclinic.co.uk.

In response to patient feedback we have changed our system for answering calls during specific times and will aim to answer calls during our clinic working hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Due to the high volume of calls it is not always possible to speak with an advisor, so we ask that you leave a message so we can return your call the same day. All messages received after 5pm will be returned the following day.

  • Consultation Information:

Consultation is 20-30 minutes long. You can have more time if needed.

Please note that a £100 non-refundable deposit will be required to make a new appointment.

On confirmation of your new appointment you will be asked to download the CRP app and register. It is important that you read this information and return the history sheet no later than two weeks prior to your appointment. This will help to avoid any unnecessary delays at your consultation.

We ask if you could kindly send any relevant results or correspondence to us prior to your appointment, as unfortunately results bought with you on the day will not be reviewed. Going through numerous pages of results during the consultation, will take up the majority of the consultation and take away from the value of the discussion into your history and the tests going forward.

During the consultation we will advise you about the right investigations for you, the choices you have, the plan of therapy.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY:
To ensure the smooth running of the practice and to make sure we are available to all of our patients we operate the following cancellation/missed appointment policy.

We require 48 hours notice (on weekdays) for any cancellations. This allows us to run the clinic efficiently and offer the appointment to someone else.  Any cancellations within 48 hours (on weekdays) or missed appointments will be chargeable at the total cost of the appointment.

Missed appointment charges are not a punishment – they are covering the cost of the wasted time.

We need to charge as we still have clinic running costs if a patient does not attend, many of our patients attend their appointments and so we don’t feel it’s fair to pass on the extra costs to them – instead we think it’s fair to ask the small minority of patients who miss appointments to cover those costs.

Charges are based on the hourly cost of running each clinic, including equipment and staffing, whether or not a patient is seen.

We wish to continue offering all our patients excellent value for money and to keep the general fees to a minimum, it is therefore essential that we continue to recover the cost of missed appointments.
