Certain conditions such as obesity, diabetes and asthma put you at high risk of developing severe COVID-19 illness. We aim to reduce your risk as well as help support you with Long Covid if you have already been infected.

Long Covid is a term used to describe symptoms that persist for weeks and months beyond the illness. Symptoms lasting more than 8-12 weeks are considered to be part of the syndrome. These symptoms include fatigue, brain fog, breathlessness, palpitations, anxiety and depression. Shingles can also develop after COVID-19 illness.

12 Lead ECG heart rhythm check

Chest X-ray to assess lung health (additional £150 if required)
Blood testing (fasting sample):
- Full haematology and biochemistry profile relating to kidneys, thyroid, liver, cholesterol, diabetes & vitamin D levels.
- Inflammation and immunity profile including CRP, ESR and neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR)
- Tissue, heart and skeletal muscle damage (CK, LDH)
- COVID-19 IgG antibodies
A personalised report will be created for you highlighting problem areas and offering a treatment plan.

Despite our aim to reduce your risk of a severe outcome, we cannot guarantee immunity from contracting coronavirus again or having a non-severe outcome due to the coronavirus being under research.
