The tests & treatments are based on the latest research and are delivered to meet your specific needs.

Initial consultation times range from 60-90 minutes with follow-ups ranging from 30-45 minutes.

Consultations are offered both in-person at the CRP Clinic and virtually on the secure Telehealth platform Cliniko.

Lifestyle consultations (£150 initial, £100 follow-up)

We will work with you to help identify areas requiring intervention in nutrition, sleep, stress, healthy relationships & emotional wellbeing, resilience, purpose, physical activity and risky substance use. Our certified lifestyle physician and GP, Dr Mishkat Shehata, will develop a tailored lifestyle plan for you with the aid of biometric measurements (eg. BMI, body fat percentage), epigenetic, gut microbiome and blood testing. Dr Shehata also has a professional diploma in fitness & weight loss. Wearables are recommended to monitor your lifestyle journey and see results for yourself.

Nutrition consultations (£80 initial, £55 follow-up)

Plant-based and plant-based predominant diets have been scientifically proven to be superior for a range of health conditions. Our plant-based nutritionist & mindset coach Rachel Huban has a wealth of experience in nutrition education as well as meal planning & plant-based recipes. She also offers a variety of packages for fertility needs & specific pregnancy trimesters.

Mindfulness consultations (£55 per hour, £100 for couples)

Mindfulness is an effective and well-researched method of stress management and also helps other conditions such as mental health disorders, auto-immune conditions and gastrointestinal disorders. Stress can occur when couples face difficulties with fertility and recurrent miscarriages. Mindfulness and mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) are effective ways to manage stress. MBSR is delivered over an 8-week programme by our mindfulness practitioner, Martine Nates, has over 20 years of experience with clients including fertility couples. She also delivers one-on-one and couple mindfulness consultations.

Personal Training consultations (£80 initial, £55 follow-up)

Cardiorespiratory fitness is extremely important for our physical health and longevity. Regular exercise improves our mental health, strength, immunity, ability to conceive and overall sperm health. It is also recommended that women stay active during and after pregnancy to improve stamina during labour, improve postnatal recovery and reduce the risk of postnatal depression. Our UAE-based YMCA Level 3 & BodyBuildFX Personal Trainer Mr Hussein Shehata offers virtual consultations to guide you through your fitness and exercise journey. He creates tailored plans for your needs ranging from enhanced performance conditioning to weight loss. Hussein offers a variety of flexible packages.
